 Eleven Oaks RV Park
Our RV guests enjoy a clean on-site laundry facility, security patrol service, and a sparkling clean swimming pool for all to enjoy. Eleven Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park offers monthly rates for those interested in reserving a RV space at Eleven Oaks.
We offer full hook-ups and our rates cover space rent, water, and trash. The electricity is individually metered so the cost will vary depending on renter's usage. We do offer sewer, storm drain, and utility taxes for an additional flat fee of $45.73. Our RV sites can accommodate RV's no larger than 50 ft. in length. The manager will need to see photos of any RV older than 10 years to see if it meets up to park standards.
Eleven Oaks is also conveniently located near many Sacramento attractions like the State Capital, Old Sacramento, Downtown Sacramento, museums, sporting events, Sleep Train Arena, Cal Expo, the Sacramento Zoo, the Sacramento International Airport, and the Sacramento River where people can boat, swim and fish. Our location is also ideal for day trips to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Reno.
Laundry Room
Our laundry room facility is available for residential use only and is open 24/7. There are five clean, coin-operated washers and four dryers. For your convenience, there is also a table for folding.
Security
Our park is patrolled 24/7 by security insuring that our resident's safety is our top priority.
Pool
Our pristine pool is available to residents for their leisure. No pets are allowed within the pool area. There is no lifeguard on site; children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult. Please contact the park manager for a complete list of Park Rules.
Picnic Area
Next to the pools is a healthy green grassy area in the shade with a picnic table. A popular spot for birthday parties and small gatherings.
Pets
We are a pet friendly park! But we don't allow aggressive breeds of dogs [such as Pit bulls, Bulldogs, Great Danes, Rottweiler, etc.]. Please contact the park manager for a complete list of Park Rules.
